Hello, my name is Gabriella and welcome to my blog. I am a recent college graduate trying to uncover the world of nutrition and helping people heal through food. Food has always been a huge part of my life. My father was a chef and my mother an avid foodie and they both taught me a love for food at an early age. I was and still am that person at lunch with the interesting food because of my passion for trying new things. As I went to college and had to cook for myself my passion for food grew, not only did I still love trying new things, but I was also learning how to cook at a more advanced level. I started to try more complex recipes and really think about how food and what you eat impacts your health and well-being. Because of this, I become passionate about sharing my love of food with others. I am currently living in the Portland Metro Area and one day hope to work as a nutritional advisor so I can teach others how to truly love what they put in their body and feel healthy!
This blog is an attempt to start this journey of sharing and teaching. I have three goals that I wish to achieve through this blog. First, I want to share with other ways to make healthy, fast meals through recipes and meal plan guides. Second, I want to share my journey with food by showing others where and what I am eating. Lastly, I would love to be a resource for tips on healthy eating and cooking! Additionally, I can’t wait to share more with my followers about my journey with food through family recipes and childhood favorites!
